What version did you upgrade from of 7d2d? They generally recommend starting over, so... maybe you need to. The other thing you'll want to do, is validate your game files to make sure nothing is missing or corrupt.

Use steamCMD with the -v option to validate the files. Or click the "Add/Update/Install" in RAT to make sure you have the latest version and it will also validate the files for you, using SteamCMD

You want to click "Groups" in RAT, and then set the Discord channel there for the DEFAULT group. Chat is bi-directional and much more. You can control these events, in the RAT Event Editor. Make sure they are enabled, and otherwise match what it is you are expecting to do.

Its going to be the latest stable or experimental. I used to have it so you could enter a build ID and get whatever you wanted, but it was just confusing people. If you want to do that, you still can, just not with RAT. You'd use SteamCMD manually and request the build ID.

I can't tell what website you are attempting to go to. But Allocs is downloadable from within RAT with a single click. As far as the dedicated server goes, you can also update that through RAT, or however you normally do that.

It looks like I left in some test values for the User Data Folder. Remove anything in that box and leave it empty (Unless you've previous setup the user data folder, then use that folder). That you are getting the error shown about webtokens, this means you probably don't have the mods...
