DevScratch - A simple, but powerful text editor

Simply put, a text editor.

It allows for grouping text files into projects, syntax highlighting, font/size per document

Also allows for quick URL En/Decode, JWT decode, UPPERCASE, lowercase, PascalCase, camelCase, snake_case, etc.

I wrote this because I just wanted an editor that worked, was simple and had the functions I needed.
