Once you have created an account on the JFF website and are logged in with your JFF access, follow the below steps:
Click the CPANEL button in the upper right corner and select "External Accounts" (link)
Now scroll down and select the "Associate with Steam" button.
Complete the login, and now you're all set.
Now your Steam games and activity will show up with the rest of the JFF members!
