Did you set the value for {discord_private_channel} in the Group settings in RAT? Make sure its a valid channel. Also, when someone types in Discord, see if you can see any errors related to that in the game server logs and/or RAT Logs.

That error message means the server process is already up and running. If you can't find it, you'll need to kill it from Windows task manager. Then try this process again.

In RAT: Tools -> Create new RAT instance This will create the shortcut, copy DB files, and everything else, in order to run multiple copies of RAT on the same machine for different game servers.

Look at your events in RAT. Look for the Discord Chat event and start there. There should be examples there for you to check and start to troubleshoot.
