[Not a Bug] Добрый день. После новой установки сервера выходит ошибка , раньше такой не было. Порты вроде все открыты, помогите пожалуйста.

Those are telnet connections from probably outside of your own network. Meaning someone else is hitting that port, the connection is failing (as they don't have a password). That is what the default 7d2d game server shows. It is only a problem if the telnet light in RAT stays red.

яИ что можно сделать? Или в этой ситуации ничего ни сделать, и как оно будет влиять на стабильность работы сервера?
 
There is nothing that can be done really, other than if it is the same IP, you could block at it at the router and it'd never get to the server at all. But it doesn't hurt anything. You could also change the port to something else and maybe it wouldn't get hit as much. But again, it doesn't hurt anything at all.
