I did ask dev before how the countryblock worked and got the answer on how to do it. I have recently noticed that it does not work as there is still chineses able to connect to the server. Could it be because the IP-lookup isnt done in sync with the check of the dissallowed country top domainname?

For the record, i tried adding .CN also later on, unsure if that was the "fix"

So I took a look at the screenshot and then did a lookup on the IP address. That person isn't from China, but from Russia.

Name: h109-187-35-42.dyn.bashtel.ru
Address: 109.187.35.42

I'm not sure why the Chinese flag was returned for them, but that lookup is done by a remote service, so I'll have to see what I can do.

You can try right clicking on that player, then selecting "delete player". This will remove the player information from RAT (not 7D2D), and when the player logs in next, it will be repolled. That might clear it up.

Please let me know if the issue continues.

Yes it does return to Russia now....using this service IP Address Lookup (IPv4 & IPv6)
We made our server whitelist only because of the amount of hackers roaming right now.
Not sure techwise if IP-ranges can travel between countries...but that would be an answer to why it is Russia now for us and China back then.

But i'll be checking on it on our new public server that will open in November.
