[Fixed] Grab Bag: Edit selected item

Issue: Grab Bag: Edit selected item with no selection, which item is this referring to?

Steps to dup:
Click on an existing bag - medkit
See image for noted locations and active highlight

Grab bag, Bag name, Bag contents, Item editor, Available bags

Click (Edit Selected Item)

Based on what happens next it appears this function is for editing the actual (Available Bag Item)
If this is the case the edit button should be under that window

If this is not the case then the edit doesnt appear to target the correct item

Agreed, I've redesigned the Grabbag window in the next release based on feedback. Hopefully it makes more sense. Let me know after it is released! =)

Latest version of server patch did not fix the grab bag issue, I also remove all grabbag items that i had previously added a quality to and created new server still can't get it to function.
