[Fixed] ShowInventory needs improvement

I noticed now that showing someones inventory in RAT sometimes bugs out and it shows the previous players inventory instead.

I can reproduce it right now by trying to check a players inventory called "Sylle"
I think the " symbols make it bug out. It would be better to si STEAMID instead.

Yup, this is already fixed for the next release actually, due to players with spaces in their names messing it up. =)
