[Accepted] Additional insert lists in Event Editor

Just like the user has the ability now to insert variables, add the same functionality for console commands (See: Feature Request 'console command list'), Rat Events, and Conditionals. When inserting, place the proper syntax if known.

Examples
.DSAY:<texttosend>
STARTSWITH:<StartsWithText>
LEVEL:<lt, gt, eq>

Lists with EntityIDs, and ItemIds/Names would be wonderful as well.
