I keep getting Error messages regarding BC in the RAT console

That is because RAT requires the BCM mod and it isn't installed and/or working correctly on your server. Get that installed and you should be good.

Haio it goes in the mod folder on your server

Okay I've watched a video on how to install BCManager. But the files in the video and the files for the link on this website are different...

as i said you just put it in ur mods folder on the server that's it.
download the bcmanager off github

then open the zip and you will have a folder called BCManger just copy that to your servers mod folder

then start the server an play
