[Fixed] Event Editor: Console Commands tab --> Listbox is empty

You have to be connected via telnet for the console commands to appear, since those are pulled directly from the game server. So make sure you're connected, if you are, then its a bug.
I am connected via telnet... maybe its a timing issue... like you scanned for the list before I was connected? Maybe you need a 'refresh console commands' button

That's possible, but shouldn't be the case. I'll look into that though, maybe save the data I do get and updated it as able. That way there is always data there "offline" as well.
Fixed for next release, also changed it so RAT stores the commands so you can view them without being connected via telnet, etc.
