would be nice if when u close and reopen the directorys are saved as will as allow more then 1 window so we can run more then 1 server and allow to edit ini settings on the program

Currently CAT has a single source of saving its data, so it will only work for a single server at a time. Soon, I'll be changing to a local database format, which should do what you want.
